By engaging SurFast Surface Cleaning ("SurFast", "we", "us", "our") for pressure washing services, accessing our website, or requesting a quote, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
SurFast provides exterior pressure washing and surface cleaning services for residential and commercial properties within Collin County and Rockwall County, Texas, including but not limited to driveways, walkways, patios, pool decks, fences, decks, sports courts, and parking lots. Service descriptions on our website are illustrative; actual scope is defined in the written quote you receive.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued. Pricing is based on information you provide regarding surface type, size, and condition. If actual conditions differ materially upon arrival (significantly larger area, severe staining, hazardous access), we reserve the right to revise the quote prior to commencing work. You will always be notified before any pricing changes take effect.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Weather conditions (heavy rain, lightning, freezing temperatures, high winds) may require us to reschedule for safety and quality reasons; we will contact you as soon as practical to arrange a new date at no additional charge.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Commercial clients on approved net terms must remit payment within thirty (30) days of invoice. Late payments may incur a service charge of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, notify us within 48 hours of service completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost. This guarantee covers the cleaning quality of the surfaces we agreed to service; it does not cover pre-existing damage, permanent staining (etching, rust deeply embedded in concrete, paint overspray, etc.), or surfaces excluded from the original scope.
Pressure washing is a powerful cleaning process. Despite our care and experience, certain outcomes are inherent to the work and not considered damage:

SurFast Surface Cleaning carries general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage directly caused by our negligence, notify us in writing within 48 hours and we will work in good faith toward a fair resolution. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed pre-existing conditions, fragile items left in the work area, or interior water intrusion through windows/doors that were not properly closed.
We may take before-and-after photos of work performed for quality control and marketing purposes. Photos will not include identifying information (house numbers, license plates, names) without your express consent. If you prefer we not photograph your property, please let us know prior to service.
Our service area covers Collin County and Rockwall County, Texas. Services outside this area may be available with travel charges agreed upon in advance.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Collin County or Rockwall County, Texas.
